We’re Rial Stedman and Chase Neugebauer. We launched Foundational Concepts a year ago, bringing decades of combined experience managing commercial properties, maintenance, and vendors in the Fargo–West Fargo area.
We started the company because associations and property owners needed more responsive management. Our approach is simple: understand the property, communicate clearly, and find practical solutions.
